At JÖRG Machines, we continuously expand our machine portfolio to provide customers in sheet metal processing with efficient and future-proof solutions. The latest addition to our range is the DENER SMART Flatbed Laser: a powerful and accessible flatbed laser designed for modern production environments.
With the DENER SMART, we offer a solution for companies that demand high performance in speed, accuracy, and ease of use, combined with an excellent price-performance ratio.
For many years, we have been active as a manufacturer and supplier of sheet metal processing machines. Since 2013, we have also been developing and building our own laser cutting solution: the JÖRG Coil Laser Cutting Machine. Originally developed for the insulation industry, this machine cuts directly from coil. Today, this solution is used worldwide.
In addition to our own developments, we work closely together with DENER, for which we are the official dealer in the Benelux. During the recent dealer days, we were introduced extensively to the latest developments within the DENER product range, including the new SMART Flatbed Laser. The DENER portfolio includes hydraulic, servo-electric and ballscrew press brakes, hydraulic shears, and flatbed lasers.
The DENER SMART Flatbed Laser stands out through its impressive performance and efficient production process. Thanks to the fast shuttle table, a sheet can be exchanged in just 19 seconds. Combined with the dual table system, downtime is minimized and productivity remains high.
The machine also delivers outstanding accuracy. With a positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm, the SMART Laser is ideally suited for companies that require consistent quality and precise cutting results. The applied fiber laser technology ensures high cutting speeds and low energy consumption, resulting in efficient production and reduced operational costs.
The machine has been developed by DENER’s laser division and combines modern technology with a compact and well-thought-out design. Its intuitive controls, smart nesting software, and automatic functions make the machine highly versatile for a wide range of production environments.
