New management for JÖRG Machines

For JÖRG Machines BV, 2026 marks a special moment. After more than 22 years, Reinhard Reincke is handing over the company to Jan van Hirtum and François van Hirtum. With this generational transition, a new chapter begins for our company, while we continue to build on the strong foundation established over the past decades: craftsmanship, reliability and a strong focus on our customers.

More than twenty years of building JÖRG

When Reinhard Reincke took over JÖRG Machines more than 22 years ago, the company consisted of just two employees. Over the years we grew into an organisation with more than eighteen colleagues and developed from a manufacturer of our own machines into a full-service supplier for the sheet metal industry.

During this period, we expanded our portfolio with machines from renowned brands such as Schechtl, Dener, Variobend and Slinet, further strengthening our position in the market.

With an eye on the future, the time has now come to pass the company on to a new generation, ensuring continued growth and development in the years ahead.

A new generation at the helm

With the acquisition by Jan and François van Hirtum, the core values of our company remain unchanged: personal commitment, service and technical expertise.

Reinhard will take a step back but will remain closely involved during the transition period to ensure a smooth transfer. Afterwards, he will continue to support the organisation in a different role.

Division of responsibilities

Within the renewed management structure, Jan and François divide the responsibilities based on their individual strengths.

Jan will take on the day-to-day management and focus on sales, marketing and the overall business operations. His mission is clear: ensuring the continuity of our customers’ production processes.

François brings nearly 25 years of experience as the owner of a successful metalworking company. He will primarily focus on the operational organisation, quality assurance of our own products and managing production.

Looking to the future with confidence

Although the management is changing, our direction remains clear. We will continue to invest in high-quality machines, reliable service and personal relationships with our customers.

In a sector where automation and efficiency are becoming increasingly important, we will keep developing innovative and future-proof solutions for the sheet metal industry.
