Description

The BPR Profile Roll Bending Machine CPD 80 is a profile roller with 3 driven rollers. The 2 bottom rollers are adjustable and bending on 2 sides. The side guides are hydraulically adjustable and can be operated with a joystick on the control panel. The machine is protected against overloading by safety valves. Both horizontal and vertical work can be done on the machine. All 3 axles are hardened and ground.

Control

The machine is operated with pushbuttons. Movements are handled by the PLC on the control panel. Variables and programme data are clearly displayed on the control panel. Twenty programmes can be stored, each with a number of consecutive bending steps and adjustable speed. The system is self-learning, allowing the operator to store all data from manual work, trial bends or complex bends with multiple steps without time limit.
