Description
Dener's Servo Press Brakes are press brakes without hydraulic components. This makes the servo press brake more flexible, reliable and faster than traditional models. This new generation of bending machines offers higher productivity with lower production costs.
Dener is a European manufacturer of press brakes, hydraulic shears, plasma and fibre laser cutting machines and CNC milling machines. Dener specialises in the production of servo press brakes. Dener's range offers a variety of models and tonnages.
The Servo Press Brake is 100% electric and therefore contains no hydraulic oil. In addition, this press brake consumes up to 50% less energy than hydraulic press brakes. The movement of the upper beam is achieved by a pulley system of two toothed belts driven by two servo motors. This shortens the switching times of the movement, making production approximately 30% faster compared to hydraulic models. In addition, the force is better distributed across the entire working width and less crowning is required.
Advantages of servo over hydraulic
- Up to 50% less energy consumption compared to hydraulic press brakes
- Faster movement of the upper beam and less noise
- Greater precision of the machine due to less deflection in relation to the O-frame
- Full bending capacity between the side walls
- Lower maintenance costs
- No oil leakage
The press brake comes standard with:
- Delem or ESA control with touch screen, with a licence for offline programming
- 4 axes – Y1, Y2, X, R
- 2-axis backgauge (X 500 mm, R 150 mm)
- 2 sliding support arms
- Promecam manual clamping, under 60 mm mould holder
