Description

The NOSSTEC Bending Roll Machine 8268 is a CNC-controlled 4-roll machine. It features a asymmetrical roll configuration, allowing pre-bending on both sides without rotating the sheet. All four rolls are driven to prevent slipping and surface damage. The lower roll and the two bending rolls can be adjusted independently. The crowned rolls are supported in needle bearings.

A key advantage of this roller is its high (repeatable) accuracy. The CNC control system offers internal memory for 200 programs and can be expanded via USB stick. Programming is simple, and axes can be controlled simultaneously for complex shapes.
