The advantages of this double bender are particularly noticeable when bending long and heavy sheets with many bends in 2 directions. With the double bender, the sheet no longer needs to be turned or flipped every time. This saves an enormous amount of time and effort. Besides a clear increase in productivity and continuity, the quality and accuracy of the bending work also increase when the machine is also equipped with grippers. As a result, the sheet is always positioned accurately.

• The patented VARIOBEND bending principle has a tremendously large free space due to the angled bending beams, allowing even very complicated shapes to be bent
  The exchangeable hard segments of the bending and clamping bars, ensure the best bending performance without deformations or unwanted impressions. Damaged segments can be easily exchanged
• The large opening height of 770 mm of the clamping bar allows plates to be turned inside the machine, in case this is required
• The guide rail of the cutter is attached directly to the machine chassis, so there are no obstacles to the bending process. The cutting gap and overlap is made adjustable as standard, ensuring perfect cutting quality
• The electric back gauge with a working depth of 5 - 1000 or 5 - 1250 mm is driven by precision ball screws. Conical bending of profiles is standard on the double bender. Optional is a backgauge with fully automatic grippers. Brush tables ensure scratch-free material handling
• The user-friendly touch-screen control is leading for the long-setting bench industry. Standard features include finger drawing, progressive shaping, 3D graphics, automatic bending sequence calculation, software for computer or tablet PC, etc.
