Description

The SCHWARTMANNS Bending Roll Machine WSRV is ideal for workshops, construction sites, and similar environments thanks to its robust construction, light weight, and maintenance-free design. The rolls are driven by a crank handle through a gear transmission located on the left side, allowing small cylinders to slide off the top roll.

The roller features an asymmetrical roll configuration, and the rolls are mounted in maintenance-free plain bearings. The top roll can be swung out for easy removal of rolled products. The lower roll is adjustable via eccentrics, allowing simple adjustment to different sheet thicknesses. The bending roll is adjustable via a handwheel and eccentrics for stepless fine-tuning.
