Description

The NOSSTEC HVAC Bending Roll Machine 8266 is a special HVAC version with fixed grooves in all rolls. The top roll features grooves at different positions, allowing sheets with 2 Pittsburgh or Snaplock seams from 100 to 1000 mm wide to be rolled without flattening the seams.

Standard features:

• Crowned rolls mounted in needle bearings
• Manual adjustment of bending and lower rolls via handwheel, worm gear and spindles
• Scale for bending roll position
• All drives located on the left side for easy swing-out of the top roll
• Protected foot pedal with forward and reverse motion
• Equipped with emergency stop, tripwire, and brake motor
• Large opening between clamping rolls possible (approx. 15 mm) without drive issues
