Description

The M1459 JÖRG Cut to Length Line 4922 Used is a compact machine for the decoiling, straightening, slitting, and cutting of rolls of zinc, copper, steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and other metals. Fully welded steel construction, compact design with electronic controls.

The machine is equipped with the following components:

• Straightening unit with 4 rolls and 2 vulcanised feeding rolls, gear driven
• PLC-control: easily programmable with 4 program lines for length and quantity
• Stable mechanical guillotine shear
• Length measuring with wheel and encoder
