The M1405 JÖRG Coil Fed Laser 2012 Used is a very efficient machine when processing a large amount of thin sheet, up to 2 mm thick. The laser cuts directly from coil, allowing large lengths to be cut in one go. This machine is suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, copper, etc. This machine can be used in the insulation industry as well as HVAC, but is also very suitable for high-volume production.

Cutting from coil
The plate is fed efficiently and there is little material loss due to optimal nesting. Because the laser cuts directly from coil, the lengths of the products to be cut are not limited. Cutting is a continuous process, the products remain fixed with microjoints and can be easily broken out later. Setting up several decoilers in front of the machine in combination with an automatic selector allows quick material changes.

Fiber laser
The JÖRG-Laser is equiped with an IPG Fiber laser. The capacity of the source is tuned to the material to be cut. Advantages of the fiber laser: high cutting speed, low energy consumption, and less maintenance required.

Insulation cladding, ir duct fittings, thin sheet: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, etc. Suitable for serial production, high volume production, production of complex nested parts and can be used as a replacement for punch lines.

Optional software for efficient management of the production of air ducts, insulation cladding, and similar products: developing, nesting, and programming. With a database of standardised products.

Excluding decoiler. Machine will be technically serviced before delivery.
