Description

The JÖRG Swaging Machine 5343-V is manufactured with a strong, welded construction, where all rotating parts are carefully crafted. This results in a particularly stable and reliable machine. Both shafts are driven by a 1.1 kW AC motor. The machine is equipped with a double foot pedal, an adjustable gauge, a hardened front plate, and comes with 5 sets of rolls. The top roll can be axially adjusted with a rack, and the height of the top roll can be adjusted with a spindle. Thanks to the frequency control, the machine has an adjustable Softstart and Quickstop. The discharge is adjustable, making this machine very suitable for swaging flat plates. The machine is standardly delivered with 10 rolls and is equipped with:

• A combined open and closed adjustable gauge
• A stand suitable for pallet truck transport
• A rack for hanging 18 rolls and the key
• A double foot pedal
• Standard with 10 rolls, including rollers 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 9-7, and 8-8

The rolls are interchangeable with other JÖRG swaging machines, type 5340 and 5353. In addition to the standard rolls, various special rolls are available on request.
