How H2i benefits for more than five years from the JÖRG Laser

H2i Isolatie BV from Bergschenhoek has been active in the horticultural sector since 1960. Over the past twenty years, they have further expanded their expertise into light industry. H2i’s strength lies in fully prefabricating products in their own workshop. These materials are transported worldwide and sometimes assembled on-site at a later stage.

In 2020, H2i spotted an advertisement from us in a trade magazine, which set things in motion. H2i had plans to expand their production capacity and was looking for the right machines. “JÖRG is a well-known name in the sector, partly thanks to their reliable machines and excellent price-quality ratio,” says René, director of H2i. After visiting our showroom, they placed an order for a JÖRG Coil Laser 2012 and a fully automatic tube forming machine 4960.

The short delivery time and service from the Netherlands were decisive factors for H2i to purchase both machines. Now, about five years later, the machines are still performing excellently. “The laser requires little maintenance and hardly causes any issues,” says René. The laser also offers great flexibility in production, as it cuts directly from coil. This ensures an optimal material flow. An additional advantage is that the JÖRG Laser cuts without damaging the sheet. This means that stainless steel can also be cut without any problems, with the material leaving the machine undamaged.

They are equally enthusiastic about the tube forming machine: “The machine performs very well; we have already produced many kilometres with it.” The tube forming machine is highly productive, as it can decoiling, straightening, punching, beading, and cutting to length in one process.

In addition to supplying the machines, we have also carried out regular maintenance over the past five years. “JÖRG’s service is good. Communication is fast and clear. We would certainly recommend JÖRG because of their accessibility and excellent price-quality ratio,” René concludes.

There are also clear plans for the future. “We want to train additional staff to work with the JÖRG Laser, but that has already been arranged,” René explains.
