Isolust chooses efficiency with the JÖRG Laser

Craftsmanship has been the cornerstone of Isolust since 1970. With a wealth of experience in insulation projects, the company continues to develop and grow, keeping up with new technologies to provide their customers with the highest quality.

A year ago, our representative Gijs van Hesteren visited the company in Maarssen to get acquainted. Gijs spoke with director Ben Voorneveld about the possibilities of JÖRG Machines within their production process. It quickly became clear that Isolust wanted to take steps toward modernization: the production of insulation sheet metal was time-consuming and involved many separate processing steps. First, the sheet material was cut using a decoiling machine, followed by shape cutting on a separate cutting table.

To streamline this process, Isolust began exploring alternatives. Gijs prepared a custom quote and introduced Ben to two existing JÖRG Laser users. After these visits, the picture was complete: the JÖRG Laser offered excellent value for money, without mandatory maintenance contracts, and with reliable service support from our Dutch team. The positive experiences of other users also reinforced their confidence that JÖRG was the right choice.

Installation has now been completed, and Isolust is running at full speed with their new JÖRG Laser. The machine has created more space in the workshop: the decoiling machine and cutting table are no longer needed. All operations can now be performed on a single machine, resulting in a more efficient process with fewer steps and less risk of error. The cutting precision is also high, improving the quality of the final product.

With this investment, Isolust gains not only time but also peace of mind in the production process—time that can be used to focus on what matters most to them: delivering quality.
