EKICONTROL Decoilers EA - Press feed lines are available in various designs for different coil widths.

Standard design of the EkiControl EA Press feed lines

• Hydraulic clamping of the coil on the unwinding reel
• Electric drive of the unwinding reel with controller

• Run or brake control of the uncoiler
• Length measurement using a running wheel

• Double input and output guide
• Solid base under the uncoiler and straightening unit

The adjustable straightening unit provides maximum quality, with 7 straightening rollers, 2 input and 2 output rollers ensuring perfect position support. The 7 straightening rollers, 4 below and 3 above, make the sheet really flat. Each straightening roller is supported by a backup roller, which prevents the straightening rollers from bending. The upper unit of the straightening roller is motorised for perfect adjustment of the straightening unit. An HMI mounted on the straightening unit gives the machine operator a good view of the operations.
